Busting my stash, slouchy hat pattern
When I design any items I seem to want to get new yarn or buy solid colours every time. I have enough yarn in my stash so decided to mix things up! this is my Stash buster knitting hat pattern.
For this slouchy hat pattern, I decided to bust my stash open! I mixed no only a few different brands but also colours of yarn. I quite like the result, so I think I might be doing this more often!. I picked colours that I thought it will go very well together.
By using bulky weight yarn, this slouchy hat pattern is perfect for a couple of sittings of cozy knitting.
Fun fact!, although this hat is for my daughter Eva, the girl in the picture is her twin sister Alba! 🙂 the perks of identical twins!
Eva wasn’t at home when the light just seem to be doing the right thing!
After a couple of tries making this stash buster knitting hat pattern, I decided to put a contrasting pompom, but you can always make a pompom with the yarn you are using.
I have quite a few patterns and DIY coming up so keep your eyes peeled! 🙂
Have a great week!
